Common questions

  • Subscription help: open the app and go to Profile → Manage Subscription.
  • Token redemption issues at a cafe: email support with the location name and what happened.
  • Billing questions or receipts: include the email on your account and any invoice/subscription details you have.
  • Account deletion: open the app and go to Profile → Delete Account.
